Sugarmill Woods Oak Village Association, Inc.

Oak Village at Sugarmill Woods is a Deed Restricted and a Conservation Community on Florida’s Nature Coast. It was originally formed in 1978 as part of the new developed community called Sugarmill Woods. The design of Sugarmill Woods reflects an awareness of environmental and ecological concerns. Land use is warranted in deed covenant assuring the community of the preservation of native flora and fauna.

Sugarmill Woods includes Cypress and Oak Villages and Southern Woods. The combined population is over 9,000. No other development in Florida has a natural environment of the size and sylvan beauty of Sugarmill Woods.
